How it works, step by step
No surprises. Here is exactly what happens from the first call to the last carton.

Site survey and move plan
We survey both offices, count workstations and IT assets, and produce a written move plan with a timed schedule your facilities team can sign off.

Labelling and seat mapping
Each desk, chair, monitor and pedestal gets a tag matching the new floor plan. Staff pack their own personal crate; we handle everything else.

IT shutdown and crating
Servers and network gear are powered down in a controlled sequence with your IT provider, then crated in anti-static packaging and moved separately.

Out-of-hours move
The physical move runs on a Friday, Saturday or overnight, so nobody loses a working day. Building permits are already cleared before the trucks arrive.

Rebuild and reconnect
Workstations are rebuilt, IT is re-cabled desk by desk, and we hand over an asset report. Your team walks in on Sunday and starts working.

Yes. We coordinate the power-down with your IT provider, crate hardware in anti-static packaging, transport it separately from furniture, remount the racks and re-cable each desk on arrival.
Yes. DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Internet City all require gate passes and move approvals. We file them before moving day.
Two to three weeks for an office up to 30 desks, and four to six weeks for larger floors. Weekend and month-end slots in Dubai fill up first.
