How it works, step by step

On-site villa survey
A supervisor walks the full property including the garden, store and maids room, then sizes the crew, the truck count and the crating list against what is actually there.

Staged packing
Packing usually begins the day before. Rooms you are not using are packed first so the house stays livable until the truck arrives.

Specialist crating
Artwork, glass table tops, marble surfaces, mirrors and chandeliers are measured and boxed in custom timber crates built for the piece.

Coordinated convoy
Trucks are loaded and dispatched together with the supervisor moving between origin and destination, so unloading starts while loading finishes.

Placement and rebuild
Every item is reassembled and placed where you want it — not stacked in the hallway. We walk the villa with you and only leave once you sign it off.
