Yes, on a full move. Cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, tape, mattress covers and furniture blankets are all supplied at no extra charge, and we remove the debris afterwards.

One to two weeks is comfortable for an apartment, and three to four weeks for a villa. Month-end and weekend slots fill first because most Dubai tenancy contracts end on the last day of the month. Short-notice and same-day moves are often possible — call and ask.

Yes. Goods-in-transit cover applies to every item our crew handles. Higher declared-value cover is available for artwork, antiques and high-value electronics — arrange it at survey stage.

We take responsibility for damage caused by our crew and we settle the loss. Report it at handover or within 24 hours, with photographs, and we resolve it against the inventory taken before the move.

Yes. Most Dubai towers require a move-out NOC, a booked service lift and sometimes a refundable deposit. Free-zone communities like DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC and Dubai Silicon Oasis need gate passes as well. Send us the building name and we arrange it before moving day.

Cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. Payment is due on completion — after your belongings are unloaded, reassembled and you are satisfied with the job. No deposit is required for standard local moves.

Yes, and it is included. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, office desks and gym equipment are dismantled at the origin and rebuilt at the destination. All fixings are bagged and labelled to the piece they came from.

Yes, at no weekend surcharge. Weekend moves are standard for residential jobs and preferred for office relocations, because it means nobody loses a working day.

Yes. We cover Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, plus international relocations by sea, air and GCC road freight.

Yes. Our climate-controlled Dubai warehouse holds goods from one week to several years, from AED 150 per month. We collect, inventory, store and redeliver on 48 hours notice — which covers the usual gap between a handover date and a move-in date.
